Do you provide nutrition advice?
Yes. Nutritional guidance is provided within the scope of practice of a personal trainer to support your training goals. This may include general advice on healthy eating habits, portion control, and practical strategies to complement your exercise program.
For more detailed information on what falls within a personal trainer’s scope, please refer to the AUSactive nutrition advice guidelines:

Do you offer boxing or kickboxing coaching?
Yes. Boxing and kickboxing sessions are offered in an outdoor setting and are conducted as non-combative, non-contact fitness training. The focus is on technique, conditioning, coordination, and overall fitness rather than sparring or physical contact.
All sessions are delivered in line with AUSactive safety guidelines, which state that boxing and kickboxing activities in a fitness environment must remain non-combative, non-contact, and technique-focused.

Will I get a personalised program?
Yes. All coaching is tailored to your individual goals, fitness level, and circumstances. Every session is personalised to ensure you’re training in the most effective and appropriate way.
If you’re also training independently outside of your supervised sessions such as in a commercial gym or at home you’ll be provided with programming guidance and where appropriate, a formal written plan. This ensures you have clear direction and structure when training on your own.
Are all fitness levels and age groups welcome?
Yes. All fitness levels and all age groups are welcome.
My studio is designed to support complete beginners through to high-performing athletes. The equipment has been carefully selected to allow safe regression and progression for every movement, meaning exercises can be simplified for those rebuilding strength and mobility, or advanced for those chasing high performance outcomes.
I specialise in working with athletes who want to improve strength, power and resilience, as well as individuals who may have lost mobility, strength or confidence due to a sedentary lifestyle or ageing. I have successfully trained clients of all ages, including those in their 80s.
Strength training is one of the most beneficial things you can do for your health, mobility, bone density and overall quality of life. It should not be avoided due to age or current fitness level it simply needs to be programmed appropriately.
Do you offer 2-on-1 or small group training?
My studio is specifically designed for highly personalised one-on-one coaching, which is where I deliver the best outcomes. However, under special considerations, I may accept 2-on-1 training.
Please note that 2-on-1 sessions are charged at a higher rate than standard one-on-one sessions. The full session fee applies regardless of attendance. If one participant is unable to attend, the full agreed fee remains payable, as the time has been reserved for two people. Payments are required in full per session, rather than split between individuals.
If you are considering 2-on-1 training, we can discuss whether it is the right fit.
